500ml Bottled Cocktail
Rhubarb & Ginger Syrup
A refreshing gin cocktail to enjoy in the english sun. Premium gin, rhubarb puree, lemon & ginger syrup. A fruity cocktail with a slight heat from the ginger syrup- the perfectly balanced cocktail to sip and enjoy.
PREPARE
Pour 125ml into a shaker with ice. Shake for around 20-30 seconds until the shaker is cold to touch. If you dont want to shake it, just give the bottle a little shake and pour straight into the glass.
SERVE (martini)
Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass using a strainer so no ice gets through.
SERVE (Long)
Strain into a chilled tumbler glass over ice and top up with soda water or tonic water.
GARNISH/DECORATE
Decorate the cocktail with some mint or slices of ginger. Simple yet effective.
