Garden Of Eden (was quarantini)
A traditionally english cocktail to enjoy during lockdown. Your Garden Of Eden is made from top quality gin, elderflower cordial, cloudy apple juice and fresh lime juice. Thats it - nothing else added.
PREPARE
Pour 125ml into a shaker with ice. Shake for around 20-30 seconds until the shaker is cold to touch.
SERVE
Martini style
Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass.
Long Style
Fill a highball glass with ice. Strain the mixture over the ice and top up with soda water. Stir gently.
GARNISH/DECORATE
Decorate the cocktail with some fresh mint, cucumber and lime. Add a straw to make it easier to drink.
