Strawberry Daiquiri
The fruity, refreshing cocktail for the summer nights (and winter!) and a clear favourite. A blend of premium white rum, strawberry puree, lime juice and sugar syrup. Perfectly balanced (and delicious!)
PREPARE
Pour 125ml into a shaker with ice. Shake for around 20-30 seconds until the shaker is cold to touch.
SERVE (martini style)
Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass using a strainer so no ice gets through.
GARNISH/DECORATE
Decorate the cocktail with a fresh strawberry on the side of the glass.
