500ml Bottled Cocktail
Mango & Passion Fruit Daiquiri
The PERFECT refreshing cocktails for these summer nights. A blend of premium white rum, mango puree, passion fruit puree, lime juice and sugar syrup. Perfectly balanced (and delicious!)
PREPARE
Pour 125ml into a shaker with ice. Shake for around 20-30 seconds until the shaker is cold to touch.
SERVE (martini style)
Strain into a chilled martini or coupe glass using a strainer so no ice gets through.
SERVE (as a long drink)
Add ice to a whiskey tumbler or highball. Pour over 125ml of the shaken cocktail. Top up with soda water, lemonade or ginger beer for a long, refreshing summery drink.
GARNISH/DECORATE
Decorate the cocktail with some fresh mango or slices of lime.
